I love the dress I ordered from Hazel and Archie, but I love the customer service more. Ivy gave me the most personal customer service experience I’ve ever had. She responded quickly, was friendly, and helped me navigate through an exchange. I was a rather needy customer because I needed the dress quickly, and she was so friendly and patient.
